A relation between a filling ratio and a length of silicon nanowires on their solar cell performances

Abstract

The relation between filling ratio and length of silicon nanowires is investigated via characterizing the optical and electrical performances of solar cells. To enhance the photovoltaic performances, we suggest the optimal parameters in nanowired solar cell.
