Multishell nanowires for next-generation photovoltaics

Abstract

We present synthetically designed nanowires (NWs) with targeted and tunable optical properties. We also show how single NWs and their assembled structures can enable enhanced photovoltaic and photonic platforms by studying the absorption behavior from functioning NW devices and further numerical simulations.
