Toward high performance Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 solar cells through nanocrystal precursors

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We present the progresses of controlling elemental distributions in fully solution-processed 8.6% Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 device through nanocrystal precursors, and attempts in addressing open circuit voltage deficit and short minority carrier lifetime issues.
