Resonantly pumped Er:YAG solid state laser modulated by two-dimensional Dirac material

We have demonstrated the Q-switched resonantly diodes-pumped Er:YAG solid-state lasers modulated by two-dimensional material, such as graphene and topological insulator. The materials exhibit unique performance to generate pulsed lasers around 1.6 μm for methane detection.
