General Framework for Light Trapping Analysis Using Angular Distribution Matrices

Abstract

A general framework for calculating light trapping in wafer-based solar cell is presented with matrices describing the angular distribution of the scattering of surfaces. The simulations are analyzed and compared with experimental results.
