Organic-inorganic Hybrid Solar Cells Based on Nanostructured Silicon

Abstract

I will review our works on PVs based on conjugated molecular and nanostuctured silicon, which can achieve a high efficiency (~14%) by controlling the morphology and surface passiviation of silicon.
