Optical Property of Silicon Based Nanostructure and Fabrication of Silicon Nanostructure Solar Cells

Several types of silicon nanostructures have been achieved through a silver-assisted electroless etching technique. Radial p-n junction solar cells were designed and fabricated, and a power conversion efficiency of 9.7% was achieved.
