Perovskite nanowire based multijunction solar cell

Abstract

We introduce a new strategy design for multijunction solar cells by integrating perovskite nanowires on top of Ge substrate. This approach has lead to a 20.3 mA/cm2 short-circuit current density and 77% quantum efficiency.
