Abstract

We present our recent progress in the development of nanopatterned front electrodes for perovskite solar cells. Experimental results of a prototype nanophotonic solar cell which demonstrates improved conversion efficiency compared to a planar device are presented along with three-dimensional which explain the underlying physics.
