Design and Analysis of a Nanostructures based Perovskite LED for Blue Light Emission

Abstract

The present work studies the design of a nanostructures based perovskite material LED for blue emission. The design optimization and optical analysis confirms the prediction of efficiency improvement and 65% efficiency at comparatively higher injection current is obtained.
