Real-Time Three-Dimensional Visualization of Escherichia Coli using Digital Holographic Microscope

Abstract

In this paper, results of 3-D imaging of onion peel and Escherichia coli samples are presented. The holographic data is captured by using a commercially available digital holographic microscope and the digital holograms are numerically reconstructed in real-time.
