Continuous flow single cell electroporation in an ultrafast laser inscribed optofluidic device

Abstract

Ultrafast laser inscription has been used to fabricate a selectively etched optofluidic device incorporating a near-infrared waveguide to enable continuous flow single cell electroporation for the generation of intracellular spatio-thermal maps using quantum dot nanothermometry.
