Study on two-axis resonant fiber optic gyroscope using single source

Abstract

A resonant fiber optic gyroscope (RFOG) that senses rotation in two orthogonal directions has been proposed. It consists of a single laser source and two resonant fiber rings. Mathematical and simulations results have been presented.
