Enhanced x-ray emission from bacteria

Abstract

We show that bacterial coated glass can increase x-ray emission from intense fields by 100 times. We engineer AgCl nanoparticle doped bacteria to further increase x-ray emission and show Anharmonic plasma resonance plays crucial role.
