SURFACE PLASMON RESONANCE IMAGING BIOSENSOR BASED ON GRAPHENE MULTILAYER

Abstract

Using graphene on aluminum and silicon as coupling element, we propose highly sensitive surface plasmon resonance based biosensor. Sensitivity of the proposed biosensor is 400% higher than corresponding gold based sensor.
