A simple Theoretical Analysis of Quantum Transport of 3-Dimension Photoelectric Effect

Abstract

I study theoretically the external photoelectric effect from quantum dots of optoelectronic nanostructure materials on the basis of a newly formulated electron dispersion law considering the the spin-orbiting constants within the framework of k.p formalism.
