Long Rooted Axicon Inside Optical Fiber Tip for Bessel Beam Generation

Abstract

A double-negative axicon in fiber core is made by chemical etching for generation of Bessel beam. Variation in central spot upto 110 mm from the tip shows the beam is non diffractive in far field.
