Effect of Peak-to-Peak Refractive Index Variation on the Performance of Graded Filters: A Comparative Study

Abstract

We report the impact of using Quintic and Gaussian apodization functions on the reflectance performance of graded filters by varying the peak-to-peak refractive index from 0.1 to 0.4 for design wavelength of 540 nm.
