Michelson Interferometer based Refractive Index Biosensor

Abstract

In this article Michelson interferometer based biosensor is proposed. The device is compact in size and easy to fabricate and suitable for integration with other photonic devices. The proposed sensor exhibits a sensitivity of 225nm/RIU.
