Fabrication and characterization of nanoporous TiO2 layer on photoanode by using doctor blade method for dye-sensitized solar cells

Abstract

Doctor Plate method is used for the depositing of TiO2 electrodes for DSSC. The mesoporous TiO2 films about 12 µm and 8µm thickness deposited and conversion efficiency of around 4.2 % & 2.6% was obtained.
