Coupled Spatial Solitons in Photorefractive Multiple Quantum Well Planar Waveguides

Abstract

The coherent coupling of dark screening photorefractive solitons in semi-insulating multiple quantum well structure is studied. Effect of the bias field, beam intensity and mutual phase on the soliton pair is investigated.
