Controlled Next-Neighbor Resonance Coupling and Hidden Singularities in Unconventional Optical Microcavities

Abstract

Using S-matrix formalism, we report an optical microcavity hosting next-neighbor coupling between states and towards its functional characteristics near the exceptional points associated with coupled states in the context of optical mode-convertor.
