Ohmic Contact of n-Type CdO film with FTO Coated Glass for Photonic Device Applications

Abstract

An ohmic contact of n-type semiconductor of CdO with FTO coated glass has been obtained during chemical synthesis of CdO. A band gap of 2.47 eV suitable for photonic device application has been observed.
