Optical Characteristics of Hexagonal Nonlinear Photonic Crystal Fiber Containing Ethylene Glycol in Holes by Using Finite Difference Method

Abstract

The various characteristics of photonic crystal fiber containing (CH2OH)2 in holes have been presented by finite difference method. The computational results reveal that effective area decreases at elevated filling factor of holes and nonlinearity.
