A Regime of Anticipation Induced by Intra-Cavity Propagation Delay in Synchronized Chaotic Diode Lasers

Abstract

The role of intra-cavity propagation delay in perfect synchronization between unidirectionally coupled diode lasers is investigated. A regime of anticipating synchronization arises due to the interplay between this delay and frequency detuning.
