Optical Vortices in Higher Order LP Modes of Few Mode Optical Fiber

Abstract

Higher order LP02 mode is selectively excited in a few mode optical fiber and phase vortices are observed in optical null regions of respective modes by forming interferograms of fiber output with reference Gaussian beam.
