Miniature Multi-parameter sensors based on Micro-fibers and Microstructure fibers

Abstract

We report compact, robust multi-parameter interferometric sensors based on various tapered structures involving microstructure and microfibers in dual mode of interrogation. Fabrication of these structures involves flame and brush as well as arc splicing technique.
