Abstract

Vibrationally-Resonant Sum Frequency Generation (VR-SFG) microscopy, a technique to image bond specific signatures of biomolecules is presented. The integration of this with a multi-photon microscope along with polarization/ phase imaging of collagen using VR-SFG is presented.
