Anomalous photovoltaic effect in YBCO thin films

Abstract

Recently Chang et al. reported an anomalous photovoltaic signal in thin films of YBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO).1 In this paper, we report some careful measurements of the photovoltaic signal by using well-characterized and oriented YBCO thin films.
