New results with femtosecond four-wave mixing in GaAs quantum wells

Abstract

Using femtosecond degenerate four-wave mixing (DFWM) with time resolution of 100 fs, we have made new findings on interactions between carriers, excitons, and phonons in GaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum wells (both intrinsic and doped).
