Femtosecond coherent processes in condensed media

Abstract

The investigation of femtosecond coherent processes in condensed media is often complicated by level multiplicity. The subject of this talk will be the description of a new technique for performing three pulse photon echoes using quantum beat suppression in the measurement of electronic dephasing in large molecules and semiconductor nanocrystals.
