Abstract

Two of the characteristic properties of phase transitions are critical slowing down and large change in an order parameter in the vicinity of the critical point.1 These effects are observed in ferromagnets, ferroelectric materials, and many other systems that change their actual structures (ordering) at a specific phase-transition point.1
