Switching of superradiance in semiconductor superlattices

Recently, excitóme superradiant decay in semiconductor quantum wells (QWs) has been studied by a number of researchers1 and has been verified experimentally by fast radiative lifetimes obtained in a single GaAs quantum well (~10 ps.).2
