Abstract

Femtosecond time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) of excitonic molecule (m's) in GaAs QWs reveals an unusual transient behavior,1 At the beginning, a PL signal has a finite rise accompanying by a nonexponential extremely fast decay. Only after this transient the exponential decay of PL occurs.
