Abstract
Nonlinear molecular excitation by mode-locked laser pulse trains illuminates intrinsically 3-D resolved biophysical imaging of function and spatially resolved sub micron photochemistry in living cells, Neurotransmitter secretion, molecular structure of thick tissues including skin and drug distributions in colon endothelia illustrate applications.
