Abstract

In a given semiconductor, almost all the processes influencing the near gap nonlinear response, Pauli Blocking, static Coulomb interaction, and Coulomb correlation, are normally determined by the fixed material parameters, Confinement by a magnetic field, which strongly affects these interactions, provides an excellent way to study tire confinement dependence of the fundamental processes governing the nonlinearities of semiconductors.
