Abstract

The dynamic of the electronic dephasing in a solute solvent interaction at room temperature involves a lime scale as short as tens of femtoseconds. Moreover, the Bloch description of this dephasing modulated by the solvent motion is dearly inadequate and a non-Markovian approach is necessary.1
