Abstract

Since the initial demonstration of third order nonlinear process,1 nondegenerate interactions have been observed in the incoherent response of semiconductors. On the other hand, femtosecond transient four-wave mixing (FWM) has largely focused on the dynamics of excitonic resonance, since most of femtosecond wave mixing has been done under the degenerate scheme.
