Abstract
The propagation of classical waves in the presence of scattering is a topic of considerable interest in many research communities. in particular, scattering of electromagnetic waves can lead to a rich array of phenomena.1 If the scattering probability is high enough, localization effects analogous to the Anderson localization of electrons can occur.2 With weaker scattering, diffusive transport of photons has been observed.3
