Optical generation of many-spin entangled states in a quantum well

Abstract

A novel method is proposed to generate spin entangled states in a semiconductor quantum well using ultrafast laser pulses. Time -domain differential reflectivity measurements reveal entangled states involving at least three non -interacting q-bits.
