Advanced Coding Techniques for Asynchronous Fiber-Optical CDMA

Abstract

We develop new coding methods for asynchronous optical CDMA systems with increased spectral efficiency and better BER performance. Furthermore, our approach allows random variations of the transmission rate, thus improving the physical level security.
