Low Frequency Conductivity Scaling in CaRuO3

Abstract

We have studied the conductivity of CaRuO3 films using time domain terahertz spectroscopy. Deviations from Fermi liquid theory and observation of a scaling law suggest the proximity of the material to a quantum critical point.
