Abstract

Photoexcited single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) have been examined by time- resolved fluorescence measurements. Non-radiative relaxation on a 10-ps scale was observed, as well as a faster Auger process for SWNTs containing multiple electron-hole pairs.
