Abstract

Effect of cross-gain-modulating power and wavelength on a reshaped-optical-clock injected SOA at 10Gbit/s is investigated to achieve pulsed data-pattern transformation with highest extinction ratio of 14.8dB at input data power of -10dBm under a modulating power of 17.9dBm at 1550nm.
