Abstract

Electron spin coherence in self-assembled (In,Ga)As/GaAs quantum dots has been studied by pump-probe Faraday rotation experimets. Several aspects such as creation of spin coherence, spin dephasing, interaction with lattice etc nuclei will be discussed.
