Phase Locking of Nanosecond Pulses of Passively Q-switched Microchip Lasers

Abstract

We demonstrate that nanosecond pulses of passively Q-switched microchip lasers can be phase locked without affecting the pulse duration by coupling the lasers to a low-Q resonator.
