Eyesafe Optical Parametric Oscillators Employing MgO-doped PPSLT and Monolithic KTP

Abstract

We compare the oscillation thresholds and slope efficiencies in 10 ns pulsed eyesafe OPOs based on MgO-doped PPSLT and monolithic KTP. The optimal combination of low threshold and high slope efficiency is achieved with PPSLT.
