Charge transport and ultrafast localization in nanocrystalline CdS films studied by optical pump – terahertz probe spectroscopy

Abstract

Summary Terahertz time-resolved conductivity measurements supported by classical simulations of photocarrier motion provide length scales of the charge localization within nanocrystals and their clusters and characterize the conductive coupling between them on the ultrafast time scale.
