Plasmon Tomography Images of Two-Dimensional Periodic Structures

Abstract

Direct tomography imaging of the reciprocal lattice of plasmonic crystals shows clear isofrequency dispersion directional gaps. The relation between the Fourier plane image and the First Brillouin Zone allows for simple prediction of stop bands.
