Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Superlenses were fabricated by patterning a dye-doped dielectric layer deposited over a thin film of gold and plasmon-tomography was used for imaging. Nanofeatures with lateral dimensions smaller than λ/20 were visible in the images.
